Well, if we look at say, the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual part, let’s start with the physical. When we look at the five food types, well, a lot of people don’t understand how they work. You’ve got your vegetables, you’ve got your fruits, you’ve got your grains, you’ve got your protein, and then you’ve got your milk products. Then what people don’t understand then is how do the vitamins work with that pertaining to the Krebs Cycle and these things. And then how do minerals work and then how do trace minerals work? Well, those all work together.
And then if you start looking at that, how do preservatives actually affect you in a negative way? Or when we look at dyes, how they affect you in a negative way, or sugar. If you look at sugar, sugar itself isn’t bad. If you look at the Polynesians when they actually went in, anthropologists, they found they had no cavities and they were eating sugar cane all the time. What it is, is they have the fiber.
